Bulgaria: A voice punke service sending a fun calls through an SMS ot a VOICE call is now available in Bulgaria. All mobile subscribers can punk their friends with 12 different voice jokes. In addition they can also hear back the reaction of the victimes of the joke through a call to an IVR number.
